Fairmont Law was founded in 2023 by Mrs. Marjan Nezarati.
After 20 years of experience in the legal field and having worked within many disciplines of law in a number of firms, Mrs Nezarati decided to set up her firm to differ from many traditional Law Firms in making the firm only about client satisfaction.
Taking her experience and knowledge to the next level, she has always been highly regarded as passionate for her work and providing a number one customer service, tailored to each individual and invested her time in every matter. Seeing clients face to face when needed, explaining documents in an easily understood language and keeping costs affordable.
In a world where technology is moving faster than a human can understand and digest. She set up Fairmont to mean the balance between the traditional law firm of having access to your lawyer when you need it the most and also the advanced technology of having matters done seamlessly without creating unnecessary paperwork.
The firm uses the latest legal software to make life easier for clients and staff, whilst making sure there is a human touch, eliminating errors and saving our clients time and money.
As legal should not mean inaccessible, legal should mean support and care during some of the most important decisions we can be faced with making in our lifetime.

Fairmont Law holds a charity and pro-bono workshop for elderly clients, on the last Saturday of every month. Drafting wills, giving advice on property and assets, making sure clients have access to the knowledge required, to help them make decisions for their family’s future.
We also have access to instalment plans, making sure clients can afford the advice when they need it the most.
Our team is working on Fairmont Technologies – a software that will empower the lawyer and client experience through transparency and technology.

Marjan Nezarati is the Managing Director and a Senior Solicitor at Fairmont Law Solicitors Ltd, bringing a wealth of legal expertise, leadership, and vision to the firm. With a distinguished legal career spanning over 21 years, Marjan is widely recognized for her strategic approach, dedication to excellence, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Marjan specialises in Business Immigration Law, Property law, litigation and Private Client, and is known for delivering clear, practical advice even in the most complex matters. She has represented a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to corporate entities, always maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Marjan is the founder of Fairmont Group. Her leadership at Fairmont is marked by a focus on integrity, client advocacy, and continuous development of both the firm and its people. Marjan is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals and fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture.
Fluent in Persian and German. Marjan is also known for her personable approach and ability to connect with clients from all backgrounds. Her drive to achieve positive outcomes is matched only by her passion for making the legal process accessible, transparent, and empowering for those she serves.
Outside of her legal work, Marjan is an active member of the community and enjoys participating at charitable work with the elderly and children. Marjan enjoys the theatre and a wide range of music.
Hamza is a Solicitor and Director at Fairmont Law Solicitors Ltd, bringing a wealth of experience and academic achievement to his role. He has built his legal career within reputable London-based law firms. His calm, meticulous approach and unwavering commitment to client care have earned him the trust and loyalty of both individual and corporate clients.
Hamza is widely respected for his diligence, attention to detail, and composed manner in navigating complex legal matters. He is passionate about ensuring that clients feel supported and well-informed at every stage of their legal journey.
Beyond his professional life, Hamza is an enthusiastic sportsman and maintains an active lifestyle through fitness training. Fatima is a highly regarded legal professional specialising in both Advanced Commercial and Residential Property law. Poppy is a Solicitor specialising in Family Law, with a particular emphasis on Children Act proceedings. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2021. She joined Fairmont Solicitors in June 2025.

As a Legal Cashier at Fairmont Law Solicitors, Ioana brings over three years of experience in legal accounting, consistently supporting the firm’s financial operations with accuracy and integrity. She is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, including client and office account payments, bank reconciliations, disbursements, and petty cash. Her meticulous approach ensures that all financial records are up to date and compliant with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.

Elizabeth is a highly capable and driven paralegal with a primary focus on conveyancing, Construction and a broadening knowledge across multiple areas of law. Known for her strong work ethic, legal acumen, and unwavering sense of responsibility, Elizabeth plays a key role in supporting the smooth progression of transactions and legal matters within the firm.
She consistently demonstrates initiative, organisation, and leadership in her role, taking charge of her caseload with confidence and precision. Josephine completed English Literature at the University of Edinburgh before completing a Master’s in Law at BPP University, combining strong academic credentials with a clear passion for the legal profession.
Prior to joining Fairmont Law Solicitors, Josephine volunteered at ELF London, providing employment law advice, and has gained valuable experience across a range of client-focused and commercial law firms. She is recognised for her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering clear, practical legal advice.
Josephine plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely progression of transactions. Her enthusiastic and collaborative nature makes her a valued team member, always willing to support colleagues and contribute to the seamless operation of the firm. Known for her approachability and professionalism, Josephine helps foster a supportive and positive environment at Fairmont, making her an integral part of both the client experience and the internal team dynamic.
Outside of work, Josephine volunteers for a charity supporting children with rare diseases and enjoys spending time in Richmond Park, particularly horse riding and cycling.
Joseph qualified as a Solicitor in July 2023 and works within the Private Client department. He advises on a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trusts.
Joseph is passionate about helping clients through what can often be emotional and challenging times. He has particular experience supporting elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as families who have recently lost a loved one. Joseph takes the time to listen carefully to each client’s needs and circumstances, ensuring they feel supported and reassured throughout the process. He believes that clear and compassionate communication is key to building trust and delivering the best possible service.
